Darkwood Castle is to be sold because the upkeep costs can no longer be financed.
Rumors quickly spread that a fabulous treasure is said to be walled up in the castle. The 4th Lord Ashtonburry is said to have walled it up in protest at his wife’s infidelity – along with his slain lover.
The impending sale of the castle enrages not only the living, but also the Ashtonburrys buried in the mausoleum, one of them so much so that he leaves his crypt once again to prevent the sale.
The ghost of the House of Ashtonburry is on the loose and he will not rest until he has found the culprits and brought them to justice.
