FRAMEWORK PROGRAM

To give you an overview of the costs you can expect, we have compiled our basic prices below.

Floral decorations
We will be happy to take care of the floral decoration on your behalf. For a table arrangement you should calculate from € 17,00 depending on the choice of flowers. Further room decoration is possible by arrangement.

Coffee and cake
If you are planning an afternoon coffee, we will be happy to organize the wedding cake and other cakes on your behalf. If you wish to bring it yourself, we charge a coffee cover of € 3.50 per person, plus. of coffee in thermos jugs (8 cups) at € 17.50.

Menu cards
We will be happy to create your menu cards for you. For this we charge a flat fee of € 2.00 per card.

Music
In the “Wittelsbachkeller” you can use a CD system free of charge. We will gladly help you with the selection of musicians and bands. We would like to expressly point out that you are responsible for reporting and settling the corresponding accounts with GEMA in connection with music performances arranged by you.

Chair covers
We will gladly rent chair covers in the color champagne for you at a price of € 7.00 per cover.

Night surcharge
Our service team is there for you and your guests until 01.00. If your event lasts longer, we charge an additional fee of € 45,00 per necessary service person and hour. As a guideline, please calculate one employee for 25 people.

Room provision costs
These costs are incurred independently of the logistic and catering turnover (energy, cleaning, etc.) The room provision costs do not apply if we can assume a minimum meal turnover excluding drinks of € 35.00 per person. This regulation is valid only in rooms chosen according to the number of people.

Service fee
A total time of 9 hours is planned for your event. If this time frame is exceeded before 1:00 a.m., fees for the provision of service personnel may be added.
